Adventure
The incredible sunsets. That doesn’t sound like an adventure, but it was a grand spectacle and a welcome reward for a hard day’s work. Every evening on my hotel balcony I was treated to a wide screen, Technicolor, IMAX epic movie. It was breathtaking. Each one was a new thriller. But, like captivating trailers, they were never long enough.

After I returned home I watched the movie “Blood Diamond”, which took place in Sierra Leone. Had I not been there I never would have noticed it, but many of the scene transitions featured those incredible sunset shots. Talk about cinematography.
